Al-Khalil Journal publishes reports on recent Academic gatherings e.g. seminars, conferences work groups, scientific exhibitions, according to the following conditions:

• The gathering should be related to the themes of the Journal.
• The report should mention the relevance of the occasion to the themes of the Journal.
• The report should include the writer’s name, academic title, affiliation and email.
• Brief description of the gathering in no more than 1500 words, written in proper language and style, word processed, font type: Times New Roman, size 12, comprising of: title of the occasion, date, venue, objectives, main themes, formal speakers, the researches presented, results of the gathering and important recommendations.

Any submission not fulfilling the above requirements will be ignored.
