Al-Khalil Journal for Social Sciences
Al-Khalil Journal for Social Sciences is a biannual refereed journal, that was established with the purpose of working as a bridge for communication with writers, researchers and academics from various parts of the world.
The Journal strives to become a pivot of scientific activity by publishing the research output of academics specializing in the field of social sciences including: research papers; abstracts of Masters and Ph.D. Dissertations; conference and seminar proceedings, and reviews of books.
The Journal was established after the name of the legendary Omani genius of Arabic Language, Al-Khalil bin Ahmed Al-Farahidi, who had been a shining star in the sky of knowledge, wisdom and innovation. Also the Journal takes its name from the research center – AlKhalil bin Ahmed AlFarahidi Center for Arabic Studies and Humanities, which serves as a cluster of innovation in research, scientific and intellectual revival in the field of humanities studies.
