%X هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين من وجهة نظر الأطباء في مستشفيات سلطنة عُمان، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (226) طبيب وطبيبة من العاملين في مستشفيات سلطنة عمان للعام 2025/2024، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتيسرة، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة قام الباحث باستخدام مقياس الأداء المهني مكون من (27) فقرة مقسمة على 4 مجالات.     وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة مستوى مرتفع من الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في جميع مجالات الأداء المهني تعزى إلى المستشفى. وعدم وجود أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمسمى الوظيفي والعمر في جميع المجالات باستثناء مجال الأخصائي الاجتماعي ومؤسسات المجتمع لصالح فئة (35 سنة فأقل).. الكلمات المفتاحية: الكلمات المفتاحية: الأداء المهني، الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين.. This study aimed to identify the level of professional performance of social workers from the perspective of doctors working in hospitals in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive approach was employed, and the study sample consisted of 226 male and female doctors working in Omani hospitals for the academic year 2024/2025. The participants were selected using a convenient sampling method. To achieve the study’s objectives, the researcher used a professional performance scale comprising 27 items divided into four domains. The results revealed a high level of professional performance among social workers. Furthermore, the findings indicated statistically significant differences across all domains of professional performance attributable to the hospital variable. However, no statistically significant differences were found based on gender, job title, or age in all domains except for the domain related to the social worker and community institutions, which favored the age group of 35 years and below..
