N2  - يُعَبِّرُ الوقفُ عن أَحَدِ أَوْجُهِ التكافل الاجتماعي على مَرِّ العصور الإسلامية، والدَّارِسُ المُتَعَمِّقُ للوقف يَجِدُ أَنَّ هناك إسهامًا فيه من قِبَل فئات المجتمع المختلفة، والمُتَتَبِّعُ له يَجِدُ نفسَهُ أمام منظومة لا محدودة من التَّنَوُّع والثَّراء في أنواعِهِ المترابطة ببعضها، التي أسهمت في رعاية العديد من الفئات كالفقراء واليتامى والمَرْضَى؛ ما أدَّى إلى تحقيق التكافل الاجتماعي، وتأصيل قِيَم البِرِّ والإحسان في المجتمع. لم تَكُنِ المرأةُ العُمَانِيَّةُ في ولاية الرستاق بِمَعْزِلٍ عَمَّا يدور حولها من انتشار لثقافة الوقف؛ فَجَسَّدَتْ دورَها في الشراكة المجتمعية، من خلال الإسهام في النهوض بمؤسسة الوقف بالولاية، في مجالات الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والعلمية والصحية، والأمنية المختلفة. تهدُفُ هذه الورقة بشكل عام إلى التعريف بدورِ المرأة في الوقف في ولاية الرستاق خلال الحِقْبَة (12-14ه /18-20م) وإسهامهما في منظومة الوقف، والتَّعَرُّف إلى أنواع الوقف التي أسهمت فيها، والجهات المستفيدة منه. ولتحقيق ذلك تَطْرَحُ الورقةُ تَسَاؤُلًا جوهريًّا هو: ما الدَّورُ الذي اضطلعت به المرأة بولاية الرستاق في جانب المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال الوقف؟ وما الجهود المبذولة من قِبَلها لتحقيق ذلك؟ وما نوعية الأوقاف التي أسهمت بها، وما حدود ملامستها لاحتياجات مجتمعها؟ وما مدى دَعْم جهود التكافل الاجتماعي؟ يتضمَّنُ البحثُ تمهيدًا، ومَبْحَثَيْن رَئِيسَيْن هُمَا: المبحث الأول: أهمية الوقف وتطوُّره التاريخي في مدينة الرستاق، والمحور الثاني: الإسهامات الوقفية للمرأة بولاية الرستاق، وخاتمة ستتضمَّن أبرز النتائج، والتَّوصيات.. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف، الرستاق، التكافل الاجتماعي، الشراكة المجتمعية، المسؤولية الاجتماعية.. Endowments epitomize an enduring facet of social interdependence across the annals of Islamic history. A meticulous examination of endowments reveals a myriad of contributions from diverse segments of society. Those who delve into the realm of endowments are met with an inexhaustible tapestry of interconnected varieties that have significantly bolstered the well-being of numerous segments, including orphans, the impoverished, and the infirm. This, in turn, has catalyzed the attainment of profound social interdependence and a reaffirmation of the cherished values of philanthropy and compassion within society. Omani women residing in Wilayat Al Rustaq were not isolated from the burgeoning spread of the endowment culture in their midst. They personified their role in social partnership by actively participating in the reinvigoration of the endowment institution within the Wilayat. Their contributions spanned a wide spectrum, encompassing economic, social, scientific, healthcare, and security domains. The overarching aim of this paper is to meticulously uncover the multifaceted role played by women in the endowment landscape of Wilayat Al Rustaq during the era spanning 14-12 AH/18-20 AD. It seeks to illuminate their profound contributions to the endowment ecosystem, dissect the specific categories of endowments they engaged with, and delineate the beneficiaries of their benevolent efforts.
