N2  - سعت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في أوقاف النساء عبر التاريخ الإسلامي وما يتعلق به من تطورات وإسهامات في مجالات الحياة المختلفة في سلطنة عمان والبلدان الأخرى، من خلال الرجوع إلى كتب التاريخ والمخطوطات القديمة بالاعتماد على المنهج التاريخي، وذلك بهدف إبراز وإشهار مساهمة النساء في شتى أنواع مجالات الوقف، والتعرف على تجارب الوقف النساء في العالم الإسلامي، وسبل تمكين الوقف النسائي وتطويره واستدامته. ومن خلال الرجوع إلى الإطار النظري الذي تحدث عن الوقف النسائي، يتضح مدى أهمية حفظ وإبراز وإظهار هذا النوع من الوقف في المجتمعات الإسلامية وغيرها، وتسليط الضوء إلى إسهام النساء في الأوقف بشتى أنواعها مما أدى إلى تنمية وتطوير مختلف جوانب الحياة، ونشر ثقافة الوقف النسائي بين الأوساط النسائية حول المجتمعات الإسلامية، لذلك توصي هذه الدراسة الجهات المختصة والتي لها علاقة بالأوقاف بالاهتمام به، من خلال تسهيل الإجاراءات على النساء، ووضع السبل والطرق التي تمكن النساء وتشجعهن في المشاركة والمساهمة في الوقف بأنواعه المختلفة، وتوصي الدراسة الجهات المسؤولة عن الإعلام والصحافة بإشهار مفهوم أوقاف النساء وما يتعلق به، وتوضيح حقيقة الإسلام في إعطاء النساء الحق في المشاركة في شتى أنواع  مجالات الأوقاف.. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأوقاف؛ أوقاف النساء؛ سلطنة عمان؛ المخطوطات؛ المجتمعات الإسلامية. This study investigates into the historical significance of women's endowments in the context of Islamic history, examining their progress, and contributions within the Sultanate of Oman and other regions. Employing a historical approach, the research draws upon ancient manuscripts and historical texts to shed light on and advocate for women's vital roles in various endowment sectors, uncovering their experiences within the Islamic world. Crucially, the study underscores the urgency of empowering, nurturing, and sustaining women's endowments, putting forth recommendations for achieving these goals. The theoretical framework guiding the exploration of women's endowment highlights its pivotal importance in Islamic societies and beyond. Preserving and showcasing women's contributions to diverse endowments have led to advancements across various domains, while propagating the culture of women's endowments can enrich women's circles within Islamic societies. Consequently, the study calls upon relevant endowment authorities to facilitate women's active participation in all kinds of endowments. It also urges media and press agencies to promote and elucidate the Islamic perspective on women's right to partake in various endowment endeavours. By adopting these measures, societies can foster gender equality and progress in multifarious fields, thus empowering and sustaining women's endowment for generations to come..
