abstract="لطالما شكّل الوقف على مرّ تاريخه أيقونة الحضارة الإسلامية ورمز نهضتها وتفوّقها؛ فقد أثبتت شواهد الواقع والتاريخ أن الظاهرة الوقفية عند المسلمين كانت سببا في سيادة وريادة الأمّة الإسلامية للنهضة العلمية، لاسيما وأن مجمل أوقاف المسلمين كانت توجّه للتعليم والمدارس ومؤسسات البحث العلمي، فكانت بحق استثمارا خيريا وربحيا مستداما امتدّ أثره إلى وقتنا الحاضر. وقد كان للمرأة المسلمة دورا كبيرا في نشر ثقافة الوقف والمساهمة في الأعمال الخيرية من وقف للمياه وبناء للمساجد وتسبيل للعيون وتمويل للمشافي والبيمارستانات، وبناء للمدارس ومؤسسات التعليم والبحث، ولا غرو فنساء المسلمين كنّ منذ زمن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أجود من الريح المرسلة صدقةً وبرًّا ووقفًا للمال على غرار السيدة خديجة، وأم المساكين زينب بنت جحش رضي الله عنهما، كما أُسند إلى المرأة المسلمة الإشراف على إدارة الوقف وهو ما نُقل عن حفصة بنت عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنهما حينما عهد إليها بإدارة أوقافه وصيانتها بعد موته. ولم يقتصر دور المرأة المسلمة في هذا المجال على كونها عالمة أو متعلّمة بل تعدّاه إلى الوقف على مؤسسات التعليم ومعاهد البحوث وتأليف الكتب وبناء المساجد وتمويل مؤلّفات الباحثين، ممّا نقل المرأة المسلمة من مجرّد مساهِمة في عمل الخير إلى شريك حقيقي في التّأسيس للنهضة الحضارية للأمّة لتندمج في شبكة العلاقات السّلطوية الاجتماعية والسياسية القائمة، من خلال المساهمة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف النّسوي؛ المرأة؛ الوقف العلمي؛ الاستدامة؛ النّهضة العلمية.. Throughout its history, the endowment has always been an icon of Islamic civilization and a symbol of its renaissance and supremacy; Evidence from reality and history has proven that the phenomenon of endowment among Muslims was a reason for the sovereignty and leadership of the Islamic nation in the scientific renaissance, Especially since the entire Muslim endowments were directed to education, schools, and scientific research institutions, they were truly a sustainable charitable and profitable investment whose impact extended to the present time. 	Muslim women have played a major role in spreading the culture of endowment and contributing to charitable work, such as endowment for water, building mosques, providing water for eyes, and financing hospitals and bimaristans, And building schools and institutions of education and research, and it is no surprise that Muslim women have been, since the time of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, more generous than the blowing wind in giving charity, charity, and endowment of money, similar to Lady Khadija and the mother of the poor, Zainab bint Jahsh, may God be pleased with them both,Muslim women were also entrusted with supervising the management of the endowment, which was reported from Hafsa bint Omar.
