abstract="يسعى البحث إلى تجلية الأبعاد الحضارية لأوقاف النساء في نيابة الحوقين التي تعتبر إحدى أهم الأماكن التابعة لولاية الرستاق، ولأجل الوصول إلى هذه النتيجة اشتمل البحث على توصيف للحركة الوقفية بنيابة الحوقين وذكر بعض النماذج لها، وذكر بعض الجوانب من أثر هذه الأوقاف في الواقع العملي بالنيابة، كما اشتمل البحث  على حصر لأوقاف النساء بالحوقين التي تمكّن الباحث من الوقوف عليها وصرّح فيها باسم الواقفة إذ إن أكثر الأوقاف الموجودة في نيابة الحوقين لا يعرف واقفها، وقد سعى البحث إلى تحليل ما توفر من بيانات أوقاف النساء للوصول إلى أهم الأبعاد الحضارية لهذه الأوقاف، واتبع البحث المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، وقد أظهر البحث أن هناك جملة من الإسهامات الوقفية قامت بها النساء في الحوقين، وقد تعددت الوجوه التي وقفت النساء لأجلها ومن أبرز  تلك الوجوه وقف الأكفان والوقف للمساجد، وقد كانت الأوقاف المرصودة هي النخيل والأراضي الزراعية التي تعتبر من أغلى ما يملك الإنسان العُماني حينها، كما أبرز البحث بأن السمة العامة للأوقاف في عُمان كانت حاضرة في أوقاف الحوقين. ومن توصيات البحث مواصلة تتبع الدور الذي قامت به المرأة في رفد الحركة الوقفية بشتى صور ذلك الرفد حسياً أو معنوياً.. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف، وقف النساء، الحوقين، الوصية بالوقف، الرستاق. The research aims to manifest the cultural significances of women’s endowments in the Niyabat of Al Hoqain, a prominent place in the Wilayat of Al Rustaq.  In order to reach this result, the research included a description of the endowment movement in the Niyabat of Al Hoqain, and mentioned some examples of it and aspects of the endowment effect in reality. The research also included an inventory of the women’s endowments in Al-Huqain, which the researcher was able to find and named the endowers, as most of the endowments found in the Niyabat of Al Hoqain are not known their endowers. The research sought to analyze the available data on women’s endowments in order to reach the most important cultural dimensions of these endowments. The research followed inductive, descriptive and the analytical methods.  The study demonstrates that there are a number of contributions in the field of endowments that the women of Al Hoqeen have  achieved . Among the aspects of endowments given by women including the endowments for funerals and mosques affairs . The most significant type of endowment in the past were agricultural lands or farms and Palm dates trees. It is worthy to mention.
