N2  - هدف الدراسة: تهدف إلى عرض أثر وقف المرأة العُمانية على الجوانب الحضارية منهج البحث: سوف يستخدم المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي من خلال استقراء آثار وقف المرأة، وأثر ذلك حضارياً. تنقسم الدراسة إلى أربعة مباحث: المبحث الأول: الوقف (المفهوم والأركان) وعرض مسائله وأهم خصائصه والحكمة التي شرع من أجلها في مختلف النواحي وصولا إلى الهدف الذي يريده المشرع من هذا الوقف.  المبحث الثاني: أثر الوقف على الجوانب الاجتماعية:  سيتناول أوقاف المرأة العُمانية وأُثرها على المجتمع مثل ورعاية الفقراء والأيتام وغيرهم، وتعزيز الصلات الاجتماعية. المبحث الثالث: أثر الوقف على الجوانب الاقتصادية: يتناول هذا المبحث دور وقف المرأة في محاربة بعض المشاكل الاقتصادية كالبطالة والفقر، ولم تقتصر الفائدة للأوقاف التي قدمتها المرأة العُمانية على أفراد المجتمع فقط بل أسهم ذلك في التقليل من الأعباء التي تحملها الدولة. المبحث الرابع: وقف المرأة العُمانية على التعليم: حيث يتضمن المحور التعريف بوقف النساء في جانب التعليم، وكذلك الحديث عن نماذج لأسماء بعض النساء العُمانيات التي ساهمن في وقف التعليم.. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف، المرأة، عُمان، حضاري.. Objective of the study: It aims to present the impact of Omani women’s Wakf on cultural aspects Research Methodology: The inductive and analytical approach will be used by extrapolating the effects of women’s Wakf and its cultural impact. The study is divided into four sections: The first topic: defining the family Wakf and presenting its issues, its most important characteristics, and the wisdom for which it was legislated in various aspects, leading to the goal that the legislator wants from this Wakf. The second topic: The impact of the Wakf on social aspects: It will address the Wakf of Omani women and their impact on society, such as caring for the poor, orphans and others, and strengthening social ties. The third section: The impact of the Wakf on economic aspects: This section deals with the role of the women’s Wakf in combating some economic problems such as unemployment and poverty. The benefit of the Wakf provided by Omani women was not limited to members of society only, but rather it contributed to reducing the burdens borne by the state. The fourth topic: Omani women’s Wakf and its impact on education: The topic includes introducing women’s Wakf in the field of education, as well as talking about.
