abstract="أسهم الوقف في ظفار في رفد حاجات المجتمع الدينية والاجتماعية والثقافية وساعد كثيراً في تلبية متطلبات الحياة وعوارضها، محققاً التعاون والتكافل والتراحم، ومُعززاً للعطاء والنماء. وعطفاً على ما سبق سعى الباحث لسبر أغوار هذا المجال بغاية التعرف على أنواع ومجالات وموارد الوقف وكيفية تعظيمها واستدامتها. وتوصّل  إلى الكثير من الحقائق بعد المرور على بعض سجلات ووثائق الوقف تؤكد أن الفضل والإحسان ينشده أبناء هذه المنطقة رجالاً ونساءً دون استثناء ما يدعو إلى ضرورة البحث في هذه التجارب والاستفادة والاستزادة منها وفق مرئيات وآفاق عصرية تلبي التطلّعات وتُحقّق الآمال.. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف، ظفار،الوثائق، المخطوطات. The Waqf in Dhofar contributed to meeting the religious, social and cultural needs of society and helped a lot in meeting the requirements and symptoms of life, achieving cooperation, solidarity and compassion, and promoting giving and development. In addition to the above, the researcher sought to explore the depths of this field with the aim of identifying the types, areas and resources of endowment and how to maximize and sustain them. He arrived at many facts after going through some of the endowment’s records and documents, confirming that grace and benevolence are sought by the people of this region, men and women, without exception, which calls for the necessity of researching these experiences and benefiting from them and increasing them according to modern visions and horizons that meet aspirations and achieve them..
