abstract="لعبت المرأة العمانية منذ القدم دوراً فعالاً في مجتمعها، فكانت مهتمة بأفراده حريصة على صلاحه، محافظةً على وحدة بنائه وتماسكه، وقد تكاثرت إسهاماتها الكثيرة والفاعلة في مجال العمل الخيري في مجالات مختلفة ومتنوعة، وخاصة الصدقات الجارية التي هي عين الأوقاف، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الحضور التاريخي للمرأة العمانية في الوقف، وبيان الأبعاد المقاصدية والأدوار الحضارية للأوقاف النسائية في عمان، من خلال حصر مجالاتها في منظور مقاصدي ومحاولة تصنيفها وتحليلها لبيان علاقتها بالمقاصد الشرعية، وتوظيف ذلك في سبيل استعادة الدور المحوري للأوقاف في المشاركة في التنمية المستدامة في الواقع المعاصر. وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي الاستنباطي، واقتضت طبيعة الموضوع وفق أهدافه تناوله في محورين، أولهما: في بيان المقاصد الشرعية للأوقاف، معرجة فيه على مفهوم الوقف النسائي، ثم مقاصد الوقف العامة، والمتمثلة في مقاصد دينية وكونية كإعمار الآخرة وتحقيق الاستخلاف وإعمار الأرض، بالإضافة إلى مقاصد أسرية ومجتمعية وإنسانية واقتصادية، وأما المحور الثاني فيناقش مجالات الأوقاف النسائية العمانية ومقاصدها التي تتوزع حول المقاصد الضرورية والحاجيه والتحسينية.. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف، المقاصد، الوقف النسائي، مقاصد الوقف، مجالات الأوقاف. Since ancient times, Omani women have played an effective role in their society. They were concerned with its members, keen on its well-being, preserving its structural unity and cohesion. Their many and effective contributions in the field of charitable work have multiplied in various and diverse fields, especially ongoing charity, which is the essence of endowments. This study aims to highlight The historical presence of Omani women in endowments, and explaining the purposeful dimensions and cultural roles of women’s endowments in Oman, by limiting their fields from a purposeful perspective and trying to classify and analyze them to show their relationship to the legitimate purposes, and employing this in order to restore the pivotal role of endowments in participating in sustainable development in the contemporary reality. The researcher relied on the inductive, analytical, and deductive approach, and the nature of the subject, according to its objectives, required that it be addressed in two axes, the first of which is: in explaining the legal objectives of endowments, focusing on the concept of the women’s endowment, then the general purposes of endowments, which are represented by religious and cosmic objectives such as rebuilding the afterlife, achieving succession, and populating the earth.
