abstract="الحمد لله وحده، والصلاة والسلام على نبي الأنام، محمد بن عبد الله صلى الله وسلم تسليما عليه وعلى آله وصحبه ومن سار على دربه واتبع هديه إلى يوم الدين، وبعد، فلا يخفى ما لوقف الإمام الرضي وارث بن كعب الخروصي (ت192هـ) من أهمية تاريخية وحضارية لعمان خاصة وللعالم عامة، لما يمتاز به من أصالة وتميز، ولامتداد عمره الطويل وعطائه رغم تعاقب الدول واختلاف الأحوال وتباين التوجهات، وكل ذلك أكسبه نضجا وقوة وتميزا ولله الحمد والمنة. وقد كان للمرأة -وما زال- دور مبرز في هذا الوقف، وقد ظهر ذلك جليا في تلكم الوقوف التي وقفتها جملة من النسوة ملحقة بوقف الإمام وارث، أثبتت ذلك الوثائق والصحف فضلا عن المدونات والأخبار. ورغبة في تجلية هذه الخصيصة كانت هذه الورقة البحثية حول (الإسهامات الحضارية للمرأة في وقف الإمام وراث بن كعب الخروصي (ت192هـ)، أبان محورها الأول بعض المقدمات حول التعريف بوقف الإمام وارث بن كعب وحصره، وسرد الثاني الإسهامات الوقفية للنساء بوقف الإمام وارث، وتمحض الثالث لدراسة بعض الوقفات التي أفصحت عنها الوثائق المخطوطة. وكان لهذه الورقة البحثية جملة من النتائج لعل أبرزها تلك المتصلة بالنماذج المشرقة للنساء اللاتي كن خير مثال لبذل المال وقفا لوجه الحق تعالى، مع خلوص النية وتوجهها إليه وذلك بنسبة ما وقفنه في قائمة وقف الإمام وارث بن كعب. الكلمات المفتاحية: وارث بن كعب، وقف، المرأة، الحضارية. It is no secret that the endowment of Imam Al-Radi Warith b. Ka’b Al-Kharusi (d. 192 AH) has historical and cultural importance for Oman in particular and for the world in general, due to its originality and distinction, and for its long life span and generosity despite the succession of countries, different circumstances, and varying orientations, all of which gave it maturity, strength, and distinction, and praise and gratitude be to Allah.  Women have had - and still have - a prominent role in this endowment, and this was clearly demonstrated in the endowment that was made by a group of women attached to the endowment of Imam Warith. This was proven by documents and manuscripts, as well as compilations and news. In order to clarify this characteristic, this research paper is about (the cultural contributions of women to the endowment of Imam Warith b. Ka’b Al-Kharusi (d. 192 AH). Its first axis states some introductions defining the endowment of Imam Warith b. Ka’b, and the second lists the endowment contributions of women to the endowment of Imam Warith, while the third summarized some of the positions revealed in manuscripts.
