abstract="تتجلى رؤية هذا البحث في النظر إلى أساليب استثمار الوقف الحديثة، ويهدف بشكل رئيس إلى بحث أدوات الاستثمار الإسلامي التي تتوافق مع الأوقاف النسائية؛ لبحث سبل تطويرها لتبقى هذه الأوقاف نامية ومنافعها مستدامة، واتبع الباحثان فيه المنهج الوصفي وذلك بوصف ما جاء في البحوث السابقة والمؤلفات في موضوع البحث والتجارب الاستثمارية القائمة، والمنهج التحليلي بتحليل الأدوات الحديثة لاستثمار الأوقاف لتطوير أدوات استثمار الأوقاف النسائية عمومًا والأوقاف النسائية في سلطنة عمان خصوصًا، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الأوقاف النسائية في سلطنة عمان تحتاج أولًا إلى مبادرات مجتمعية مكثفة تدعو لإقامة وتنويع هذه الأوقاف بما يخدم المجتمع والمرأة في مجالات الحياة المختلفة، وتحتاج ثانيًا إلى توجيه استثماري متخصص يتناسب مع أنواعها والمجالات التي يخدمها الوقف وتوفر السيولة، وأوصت بتطوير أساليب تشجيع المبادرات المجتمعية لإقامة هذه الأوقاف، كما أوصت بانتهاج الأساليب الاستثمارية الحديثة لتعظيم عوائد هذه الأوقاف.. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف النسائي، الاستثمار، التمويل، التنمية، الاستدامة.. The vision of this research is manifested in looking at modern endowment investment methods. It aims mainly to research Islamic investment tools that are compatible with women’s endowments; This is to discuss ways to develop them so that these endowments remain developed and their benefits sustainable. The researchers followed the descriptive approach by describing what was stated in previous research and literature on the subject of research and existing investment experiences and the analytical approach analyzes modern tools for investing in endowments to develop tools for investing in women’s endowments in general and women’s endowments in the Sultanate of Oman in particular. The study concluded that women’s endowments in the Sultanate of Oman need, firstly, intensive community initiatives calling for the establishment and diversification of these endowments in a way that serves society and women in various areas of life, and secondly, it requires specialized investment guidance that is appropriate to its types, the areas served by the endowment, and the availability of liquidity. It recommended developing methods to encourage community initiatives to establish these endowments and also recommended adopting modern investment methods to maximize the returns of these endowments.
