%X الفكرة الرئيسية: البحث فكرته قائمة على أهمية أن تؤسس الأوقاف النسائية على مبادئ الحوكمة الوقفية وهي الشفافية والمساءلة والمحاسبة والمسؤولية وحفظ حقوق الواقفات، وكيفية ضبط الأداء للوقف النسائي من جوانبه المختلفة كالإدارية والمالية والمؤسسية من خلال مبادئ الحوكمة الرئيسية. أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى بيان مبادئ الحوكمة الوقفية في مجال الأوقاف، لا سيما تلك التي يكون للنساء فيها حظا أوفر في مجال الوقف كواقفات أو ناظرات أو عاملات فيه، وهل يمكن أن يتم أن يضبط الوقف النسائي من خلال المبادئ الرئيسة وهي الشفافية والمساءلة والمحاسبة والمسؤولية وحفظ حقوق الواقفات، في ظل الثغرات الإدارية والمالية التي يمكن أن تصاحب عمل الوقف المؤسسي في عصرنا الحاضر. منهج البحث: سوف نتبع المنهج التحليلي الوصفي لبيان أهم المبادئ وأثرها على واقع ضبط الأداء للوقف النسائي، وما هي النتائج المناسبة لضمان استدامة الأوقاف النسائية في العالم.  نتائج البحث: أهم النتائج في فكرنا أنها سوف تسهم في ضبط الأداء للوقف النسائي من خلال عمل مؤسسي يثبت لنا أن هناك نماذج وقفية نسائية مميزة في العالم، استمر بعضها مئات السنين، ويمكن لهذه المبادئ أن تسهم في مجال الاستدامة والتنمية، مع توصية بأهمية أن يربط تسجيل أي وقف نسائي بناء على دليل حوكمة وامتثال.. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحوكمة، الشفافية، المساءلة، المحاسبة، المسؤولية، حفظ حقوق الواقفات.. The idea of the research is based on the importance of establishing women’s WAQF on the principles of WAQF governance, which are transparency, accountability, accounting, responsibility, and preserving the rights of women founders, it also concerns how to control the performance of the women’s WAQF in its various administrative, financial, and institutional , aspects through the main principles of governance.  Research objectives: The research aims to clarify the principles of WAQF governance in the field of AWAQF, especially those in which women have a better chance in the field of AWAQF as donors, supervisors, or workers .The second objective is to examine how possible is it for women’s WAQF to be controlled through the main principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, and preservation. Furthermore, the rights of women WAQF, in light of the administrative and financial gaps that can accompany the work of institutional AWAQF in our present era.  Research Methodology: We will follow the descriptive analytical approach to explain the most important principles and their impact on the reality of controlling women’s WAQF performance, and what are the appropriate results to ensure the sustainability of women’s AWAQF in the world.  Research results: The most important results in our view are that they will contribute.
