N2  - يعدّ الشيخ سعيد بن علي الصقري (ت: 1301هـ) شخصية مؤثرة في الحياة العامة بعُمان في زمانه، في المجالات العلمية والسياسية والعمرانية. فقد كان مستشارا للإمام عزان بن قيس البوسعيدي (ت: 1287هـ) وممولا لدولته. كما أسس قرية "عز" بولاية "القابل" وأجرى فلجها. وأسس بمسجدها مدرسة لتعليم القرآن وعلوم الدين، ودعمها بأوقاف للمعلمين والمتعلمين. ط ومن آثاره الهامة وقفه لعشرات الكتب العمانية خارج عمان بوادي مزاب بالجزائر، معلقا وقفها بيد ثلة من العلماء، منهم صديقه الشيخ أمحمد بن يوسف اطفيش (ت: 1314هـ). وفي هذا البحث تعريف بهذه الشخصية، وكشف عن أدوارها في مجال الوقف التعليمي، لا سيما وقف الكتب، من خلال تتبع مخطوطاته داخل عمان وخارجها، بهدف بناء تصور عن مشروعه "المكتبة الوقفية". واعتمد البحث المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وعالج الموضوع في أربعة محاور هي: 1.	التعريف بالشيخ سعيد الصقري. 2.	إسهاماته في الحياة العامة. 3.	اهتمامه بالكتب ووقف الكتاب العماني. 4.	المكتبة الوقفية للشيخ الصقري في وادي مزاب بالجزائر.. الكلمات المفتاحية: سعيد الصقري، المكتبات العمانية، الوقف التعلمي، المخطوطات، الكتاب العماني. Sheikh Said ben Ali al-Saqri (d. 1301 AH) was an influential figure in the public life of Oman in his time, in the scientific, political, and urban fields. He was an advisor to Imam Azzan ben Qais al-Busaidi (d. 1287 AH) and a financier of his state. He also founded the village of Izz in Al-Qabel and established its falaja. He also founded a mosque to teach the Qur'an and religious sciences, and supported it with endowments for teachers and learners.  One of his important monuments is his endowment of dozens of Omani books outside Oman in Oued M'zab, Algeria, in the hands of a group of scholars, including his friend Sheikh Ahmad ben Yousef Atfish (d. 1314 AH). This research introduces this figure and reveals his roles in the field of educational endowment, especially the endowment of books, by tracing his manuscripts inside and outside Oman, with the aim of building a conceptualization of his “endowment library” project. The research adopted the historical, inductive and analytical approach, and addressed the topic in four themes: 1.Introducing Sheikh Said Al-Saqri. 2.His contributions to public life. 3.His interest in books and stopping the Omani book. 4.Sheikh Al-Saqri's endowment library in Oued M'zab, Algeria..
