%X هدفت الدِراسة إلى استكشافِ ممارسات مكتبة الأطفال العامة كحاضنة للمعرفة والابتكار في الاقتصاد الرقمي، ورصد التحديات التي تواجهها. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي النوعي (دراسة حالة). وتم إجراء المُقابلة شبه المُقننة مع عينة الدِراسة، والتي تمثلت  في 4 مُوظفات، مُمثِل من قسم (الإدارة، خدمات المعلومات والخدمات الفنية، الورش والفعاليات، ركن الابتكار).     كَشفت نتائج الدراسة عن عددٍ من المُمارسات التي تنتهجها مكتبة الأطفال العامة في ضلِ توجهها لتعزيزِ المعرفة والابتكار في الاقتصاد الرقمي، وهي: نشر المعرفة وإتاحة الوصول إليها، تنفيذ الورش والفعاليات، دمج التقنيات المتقدمة، التعاون والمُشاركة المجتمعية. في حين تمثلت التحديات التي تواجهها في: التحديات التقنية، التحديات البشرية، التحديات المُجتمعية. خلصت الدِراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات، أهمها: تعزيز الاستثمار في البنية التحتية التكنولوجية، تطوير استراتيجيات قوية للأمن السيبراني، توسيع نطاق الوصول إلى الموارد الرقمية، عقد دورات تدريبية للعاملين في المكتبات، فضلًا عن أهمية التكامل مع المصادر الإلكترونية الأخرى.. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاقتصاد الرقمي، التحول الرقمي، ريادة الأعمال، الابتكار، مكتبات الأطفال، المكتبات العامة، سلطنة عمان.. The study aimed to explore the practices of the Children's Public Library as an incubator for knowledge and innovation in the digital economy, and to monitor the challenges it faces. To achieve the study objectives, the qualitative descriptive approach (case study) was relied upon. A semi-structured interview was conducted with the study sample, which consisted of 4 female employees, a representative from the department (Administration, Information Services and Technical Services, Workshops and Events, Innovation Corner).     The results of the study revealed a number of practices adopted by the Children's Public Library in light of its orientation to enhance knowledge and innovation in the digital economy, namely: disseminating knowledge and providing access to it, implementing workshops and events, integrating advanced technologies, cooperation and community participation. While the challenges it faces were: technical challenges, human challenges, and societal challenges. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: enhancing investment in technological infrastructure, developing strong cybersecurity strategies, expanding access to digital resources, holding training courses for library workers, as well as the importance of integration with other electronic resources..
