%X هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد درجة تطبيق  درجة تطبيق القيادة المتسامية لدى قيادات المدارس الحكومية في لواء بني كنانة – استطلاع وجهات نظر المعلمين ومساعدي المديرين، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية بلغت (998) فردًا، منهم (900 معلم ومعلمة، و98 مساعد مدير)، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وتكونت من (23) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات، أشارت النتائج إلى أن أفراد عينة الدراسة يجمعون على أنه قادة مدارسهم يمارسون القيادة المتسامية بدرجة كبيرة وفي جميع مجالاتها (القيم، والسلوكيات، والروحانية)، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا لصالح متغيرات (الجنس، والمسمى الوظيفي، وسنوات الخبرة،  ومستوى المدرسة).  وقد أوصت الدراسة على حث قادة المدارس الأساسية والثانوية المضي قدومًا في تطبيق القيادة المتسامية؛ لما له من أهمية بالغة في تجويد العمل الإداري، وتحسين مستوى أداء وإنجاز المعلمين والإداريين والطلبة في المدرسة، بالإضافة إلى اعتماد وزارة التربية والتعليم مؤشرات ممارسة القيادة المتسامية كجزء من تقييم أداء قادة المدارس وتميزهم عن غيرهم.. الكلمات المفتاحية: درجة تطبيق، القيادة المتسامية، قيادة المدارس الحكومية، لواء بني كنانة، المعلمين، ومساعدي المديرين.. the current study aimed to determine the degree of application of transcendent leadership among government school leaders in the Beni Kenana District - surveying the views of teachers and assistant principals. A stratified random sample of (998) individuals was selected, including (900 male and female teachers, and 98 assistant principals), and it was used The questionnaire is a tool to achieve the objectives of the study and consisted of (23) items distributed over three areas. The results indicated that the study sample members agreed that the leaders of their schools practice transcendent leadership to a great extent in all its fields (values, behaviors, and spirituality). The results showed that there were statistically significant differences. In favor of the variables (gender, job type, years of experience, and school level). The study recommended urging primary and secondary school leaders to move forward in implementing transcendent leadership. Because of its great importance in improving administrative work and improving the level of performance and achievement of teachers, administrators and students in the school, in addition to the Ministry of Education adopting indicators of practicing transcendent leadership as part of evaluating the performance of school leaders and distinguishing them from others..
