N2  - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى التماثل التنظيمي لدى معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الأساسية والثانوية الحكومية في لواء بني كنانة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطبيق استبانة مكونة من ثلاثة مجالات على عينة عشوائية طبقية قوامها (1380) معلمًا ومعلمة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التماثل التنظيمي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة من معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الأساسية والثانوية الحكومية في لواء بني كنانة قد جاء بدرجة متوسطة وفي جميع المجالات الثلاثة (العضوية، والولاء، والتشابه)، وبينت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق إحصائية تعزى إلى متغيري الدراسة (النوع الاجتماعي ومستوى المدرسة)، إلا أنه قد بينت وجود فروق إحصائية تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح (11 سنة فأكثر).. الكلمات المفتاحية: مستوى، التماثل التنظيمي، المعلمين والمعلمات، المدارس الأساسية والحكومية، لواء بني كنانة.. This study aimed to measure the level of organizational identification among teachers of public elementary and secondary schools in Beni Kenana district. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of three domains was applied to a stratified random sample of (1380) teachers. The results showed that the level of organizational identification among the members of the study sample of teachers in public elementary and secondary schools in Bani Kenana district was at a moderate degree in all three fields (membership, loyalty, and identification). The results showed that there were no statistical differences attributed to the two variables of the  study  (gender and secondary schools), however, it showed that there were statistical differences attributed to the years of experience variable in favour of (11 years and older)..
