%X هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقدير  مستوى ممارسة القيادة الموزعة لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس الأساسية والثانوية الحكومية في لواء بني كنانة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (3000)معلمًا ومعلمة، وقد اختيرت عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من مجتمع الدراسة وبنسبة (%25) أي ما يقابل (750) معلمًا ومعلمة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طور الباحث استبانة تكونت من (31) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات (مجال الإلهام بالرؤية، ومجال الممارسة القيادية، ومجال الثقافة المدرسية)، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى أن مديري ومديرات المدارس الأساسية والثانوية الحكومية في لواء بني كنانة يمارسون القيادة الموزعة بدرجة كبيرة وفي جميع المجالات، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود تباين إحصائي بين متوسطات وجهات نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى إلى متغيري (النوع الاجتماعي، ومستوى المدرسة)، بينما كان هناك فرق إحصائي يعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة وجاء لصالح كل من فئة سنوات (10 – 6 سنوات، و11 سنة فأكثر.. الكلمات المفتاحية: مستوى ممارسة، القيادة الموزعة، المدارس الأساسية والثانوية، لواء بني كنانة، المعلمين والمعلمات.. This study aimed to estimate the level of distributed leadership practice among principals of the public elementary and secondary schools in Beni Kenana district. The study population consisted of (3000) teachers. The study sample was chosen by a stratified random method from the study population with a percentage of (25%), which corresponds to (750) teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (31) items distributed over three areas (the field of inspiration by vision, the field of leadership practice, and the field of school culture). The results revealed that the principals of the public elementary and secondary schools in Beni Kenana district practice distributed leadership to a very large extent and in all fields. Moreover, the results indicated that there is no statistical variation among the means of views of the study sample members due to the variables (gender and school level), while there was a statistical difference attributed to the years of experience variable, it came in favour of both the years category (6 - 10 years, and 11 years and older)..
