N2  - يتناول هذا البحث أهم المحاور المرتبطة بالأسس والتشريعات المنظمة لدعاوى التعويضات عن الإصابات والأخطاء الطبية، والمنهج القضائي الذي سارت عليه الأحكام بمحاكم السلطنة كإرث تأريخي علمي يتناول مجالات الطب في عمان؛ حيث معرفة التكييف والتوصيف والطرق التي كان يعوّل عليها في نظر الإصابات المختلفة كالحوادث وإصابات العمل وبعض الممارسات الطبية التي تتم ممن يتولون معالجة المصابين وإعداد تقاريرهم، كما يتناول البحث المقارنة بين أسس تقدير التعويضات وتسوية هذه الدعاوى في بعض الأحكام القديمة قبل إصدار قانون السلطة القضائية مع ما هو معمول به بعد صدور هذا القانون من خلال استقراء المنهج المتبع في أروقة القضاء العماني واستظهار أهم معالمه وصوره. وخرج بعد ذلك الباحث بتوصيات ونتائج تصبّ في إثراء البحث العلمي في التخصصات الطبية، وبيان الوجه المشرق للإرث القضائي العماني للباحثين والمؤسسات المعنية بهذا المجال. والله ومن وراء القصد والهادي سواء السبيل.. الكلمات المفتاحية: . The Omani judiciary’s approach to injury and medical error claims - A study of some rulings and principles of the Supreme Court –  D.R. MOHAMED SAIF DUWAIM AL SHUALI Legal affair researcher- first Technical bureau of the supreme court msdalshuaili1984@gmail.com  This research deals with the most important axes related to the foundations and legislations regulating claims regarding compensation of injuries and medical errors. It also deals with the judicial approach conducted by the Sultanate’s courts as a historical and scientific legacy that deals with the fields of medicine in Oman. It also highlights the conditioning and characterizing and methods conducted in studying various injuries such as work injuries and different  accidents as well as some medical practices carried out by those who treat the injured people and prepare their reports.The research also deals with the comparison between the bases of estimating compensation and claim settlement in some old provisions before the judicial authority law was issued and what is applicable after this law was issued through extrapolating the followed curriculum in the faculties of the Omani judiciary bringing out its most important features. The researcher has come out with some results and recommendation, which enrich the scientific research in the medical specializations and showing the. Keywords: .
