abstract="يعد الملف الاقتصادي في تركيا من الملفات الحساسة التي تؤثر تطوراتن على الاتجاه السياسي وحركة المجتمع، وكانت مدة السبعينات مليئة بالاضطرابات الاقتصادية التي أثرت على الواقع المعيشي لاغلب الاسر التركية رافقها تأزم سياسي وتطرف قومي شاع فيه الارهاب وعدم الاستقرار الامني لذلك تحرك الجيش بقيادة رئيس الاركان كنعان ايضرن وانها الحكم المدني ليقود الجيش المرحلة الاحقة ١٩٨٠-١٩٨٢ وكان اهم منجزاته الدستور الذي وافق عليه مجلس الامن القومي التركي عام ١٩٨٢. وشكلت اول حكومة تحت ادارت الجيش بقيادة بولند اولصو الذي استطاع ان يحل الكثير من المشاكل اهمها حضر الاحزاب السياسية وتقييد حركة القادة السياسيين وعدم السماح لهم بالعمل السياسي واصبح الجيش يتدخل في كل صغيرة وكبيرة من الحياة السياسية والاقتصادية في تركيا.. الكلمات المفتاحية: تركيا، كنعان ايضرن، انقلاب عسكري، الدستور، الجيش. The economic file in Turkey is one of the sensitive files whose developments affect the political direction and the movement of society, and the seventies were full of economic turmoil that affected the living reality of most Turkish families, accompanied by political crisis and national extremism in which terrorism and security instability spread, so the army moved under the leadership of Chief of Staff Kanaan Ehren  And it ended the civil rule so that the army would lead the next phase 1980-1982, and its most important achievements were the constitution that was approved by the Turkish National Security Council in 1982.  The first government was formed under the administration of the army under the leadership of Boland Olso, who was able to solve many problems, the most important of which was the presence of political parties and restricting the movement of political leaders and not allowing them to engage in political action, and the army became interfering in every small and large part of the political and economic life in Turkey..
