N2  - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع تضمين الخطة التشغيلية لمركز التميز الطلابي بجامعة نزوى لسمات الموهوبين في ضوء مقياس رنزولي، بتطبيق المنهج النوعي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف أُعدت بطاقة لتحليل المحتوى تتضمن أربعة محاور ترتبط بسمات الموهوبين، وهي: صفات الإبداع وصفات القيادة وصفات الدافعية والصفات التعليمية، وبعد تطبيق إجراءات الموثوقية من خلال المصداقية والاعتمادية، تم تحليل الخطة باستخدام طريقة تحليل المحتوى، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المحورين الثاني والأول قد احتلا الترتيب الأول والثاني على التوالي بدرجة توفر عال، في حين احتل المحوران الرابع والثالث على الترتيب الثالث والرابع على التوالي بدرجة توفر جيد، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم إعطاء بعض التوصيات ذات العلاقة.. الكلمات المفتاحية: أنشطة طلابية، جامعة نزوى، خطة تشغيلية، سمات الموهوبين، مقياس رنزولي.. The current study aimed at revealing the fact that the operational plan of the Student Excellence Center at the University of Nizwa includes the characteristics of the gifted in the light of the Renzulli scale, by applying the qualitative approach. To achieve this goal, a content analysis card was prepared that includes four themes related to the characteristics of the gifted; They are: the attributes of creativity, leadership attributes, motivational attributes, and educational attributes. After applying reliability measures through credibility and reliability, the plan was analyzed using the content analysis method. The study found that the second and first themes ranked first and second, respectively, with a high availability, while the fourth and third themes ranked third and fourth, respectively, with a good availability.
