abstract="تراث الإنسانية من وجهة نظر الشريعة الإسلامية أ. تهاني الظفيري* الملخص :   الآثار هي السجل الحقيقي لتقويم البشري الذي يستدل منه على تعاقب الجنس البشري وتحديد أهم محطاته الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية وتطورها عبر العصور ، ومن هنا تكمن أهميته كعلم من العلوم التاريخية الأساسية . فالاختراعات والاكتشافات القديمة تم تناقلها عبر الأجيال وتم تطويرها  لتتناسب مع  متطلبات كل حقبه من عمر الإنسان ، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة القيم والعادات والتقاليد المتواترة ، لهذا نجد أن الفتوحات الاسلامية عندما اجتاحت البلدان أبقت على أثارها وتراثها الشعبي الذي يعكس عاداته وتقاليده وحافظ عليها وأضاف عليها أحكام الشريعة المتسامحه والمنفتحه على بقية الأديان ، فالدين الإسلامي لديه إيمان جوهري بأهمية التراث بالنسبة للشعوب وللحضارة الإنسانية ككل .. الكلمات المفتاحية: - الكلمات الدالة : الآثار ، التطور التاريخي ، القيمة المادية للآثار، القيمة المعنوية ، الحكم الشرعي للآثار ..
