N2  - يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن تجليات اللون في رواية "لأني أسود" للكاتبة سعداء الدعاس، من خلال محورين هما: النص الموازي، والاستهلال السردي للرواية؛ ليكشف إلى أي مدى استطاعت الكاتبة سعداء الدعاس توظيف هذين المحورين لخدمة الثيمة الأساسية لروايتها المتمظهرة في تمثلات الجسد بصفته علامة عرقية، وقد اتبع الباحث طريقة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مستعينا بما أنتجته الدراسات السيميائية مـن أدوات وآليـات للكشـف عن الدلالات الإيحائية وتأويلاتها في ميدان علم النقد الحديث، مع الاستفادة من الأدوات التـي أفرزتهـا الدراسـات السرديـة الحديثـة، وأهم نتيجة توصل إليها الباحث في هذه الدراسة أن النص الموازي يحمل دلالة عميقة لمضمون النص المتني الذي يناقش التمييز العرقي بتمايز لوني في الغلاف، فالأسود قد استحوذ على الغلاف، ولم يترك مجالا للون الأبيض إلا لبروز لونه الأسود، ومن طريف إخراج هذه الرواية أن كلمة أسود كتبت بلون أبيض، وكأن الأخير هو من أبرز الأسود، كما يبرز الاستهلال السردي إشكاليات الأنا والآخر من خلال طرح أسئلة بلا إجابات، توحي بأن الحوار بينهما مفقود، أو أنه حوار من طرف واحد فقط، ويوصي الباحث بمزيد من الدراسات العميقة حول أهمية النص الموازي والاستهلال السردي وانعكاسه على الثيمة الأساسية للرواية.. الكلمات المفتاحية: اللون، النص الموازي، الاستهلال السردي، تجليات، رواية لأني أسود.. This study aims to shed the light on the manifestations of colour in a novel entitled as “Because I am Black” written by Saa’daa Al Da’as through two axes which are: the parallel text and the narrative inception. In more depth, it is expected to lead us to discover the extent of employing the above-mentioned axes to serve the main theme of the novel which is apparent in the representations of the body as a sign of race.  The researcher has applied a descriptive analysis methodology based on two main resources. The first one is what semiotic previous literature produced including tools, mechanisms of discovering suggestive significance, their interpretations in the field of modern criticism science. The second one is the benefits provided by the tools produced by the narrative modern literature.  The main finding of this study is that the parallel text has a deep significance for the content of the body text which discusses race discrimination as a colour differentiation apparent in the cover page of the novel to a degree that does not manifest the white colour of the cover page without the presence of its black colour.
