%X الملخص:     إن المخاطِب ينتقي الألفاظ، وينظم العبارات والتراكيب، ويختار الأساليب المناسبة في العملية التخاطبية، بناء على العلاقة التي تربطه بالمخاطَب، سواء كانت إيجابية، مبنية على الترفق، والتلطف، واللين، والمودة والاحترام، أو سلبية قوامها الشدة، والجفاء، والمحاجة، والوعيد، والتهديد، والتنافر، والاختلاف في وجهات النظر...إلخ. ويمكن القول إن نجاح العملية التخاطبية، وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة منها، معتمد بشكل أساس على قدرة المخاطِب في أن يجعل خطابه متوافقًا، ومنسجمًا، ومعبرًا عن هذه العلاقة، فيتسم باللين واللطف في مقام الترفق، بينما يتخذ طابع الشدة والجفاء في مقام التوتر والتنافر بينه وبين المخاطَب. ويُعد الاستفهام من الأساليب التي من الممكن استعمالها في النوعين من المقامات، فيعين المخاطِب على تقديم الصورة الأنسب للتعبير عن علاقته بالمخاطَب، وإيصال رسالته إليه، ومن جهة أخرى فإن الاستفهام من الأساليب التي بإمكان المحلل أن يستند عليها للكشف عن العلاقة بين طرفي الخطاب، خاصة إذا ما دُرِس في مشاهد حية كما هو الحال في مشاهد القرآن الكريم.. الكلمات المفتاحية: الكلمات المفتاحية: الترفق، الجفاء، الأهداف، قُدرة، المحلل.. Research Summary The person being addressed selects the words, organizes the phrases, and sentence structures, and chooses the appropriate methods in the process of performing the conversation.  All of this is based on the relationship that takes place between the person being addressed and the person communicating with him, whether the communication is positive and based on kindness, softness, affection, and respect. Or it was the opposite of that in a negative way, and the nature of the conversation was intensity, estrangement, argument, threat, disharmony, the difference in opinions and viewpoints...etc. It can be said that the success of the communication process and achieving its intended goals depend mainly on the ability of the person being addressed to make this speech compatibl harmonious and expressive of this relationship.  While it takes the character and style of severity and estrangement in the place of tension and disharmony between the person addressed and the addressee  The interrogative is one of the methods that can be used in the previous two types of the denominator  With this question, the addressee will help the addressed to provide an appropriate method to express his relationship with the addressee and to convey the meanings of the message.
