N2  - یحاول هذا البحث بیان لمحات من الفکر الأدبی واللغوی للدکتور علی الوردی عالم الاجتماع المرموق، الذی فرضت علیه موسوعیته بحکم مجال اختصاصه، علم الاجتماع، أن یتصل بالعلوم الإنسانیة المختلفة، وأن یرى فیها رأیه. وقد وقع الاختیار على کتابه: (أسطورة الأدب الرفیع) میداناً للبحث؛ لکونه یعرض لإشکالیات أدبیة ولغویة، حاولنا أن ندرسها، وأن نخرجها من نصوصها المکتوبة بأسلوب الوردی الأدبی الجمیل الذی یمتزج بلغة الحیاة الیومیة، ثم الوقوف عندها ومفاتشتها، وقبولها أو ردّها. وقد قُسِّمت المادة المجموعة إلى مبحثین، درس أولهما: إشکالیة الأدب، وضمّ الآخر: إشکالیة اللغة. مع الإقرار أن صفحات هذا البحث لا یمکن أن تحیط بالصرح الفکری لهذا العالم الجلیل، وما قدمه من نتاج مبدع، ما زالت صورته تحاکی الأجیال على مرّ العصور.. الكلمات المفتاحية: . This study attempts to highlight glimpses of the profile of a literary and linguistic genius, Dr. Al- Wardi, a distinguished sociologist whose encyclopedic knowledge regarding his field of specialty (sociology) enabled him to relate to various human sciences and emphasize his point of view in various fields.        His book "Ustoorat al-'Adab ar-Rafie" was chosen as case study for this research, as it deals literary and linguistic issues. We have tried to study these issues, to extract them from their written texts using the Wardi s beautiful literary style that blends with the language of everyday life. Then to deliberate on such issues and accept them or not. The relevant material has been divided into two sections: the first section deals with the issues of literature and the second section deals with issues of language.          It must be admitted that the limited nature of this research cannot completely cover the intellectual edifice of this wonderful scholar and his creative contribution while his image continues to imitate generations throughout ages.
